Thank you to all moms and grandmas who joined in our “Mother’s Day Tea Party”, your attendance and involvement made our get together party great and pleasant. June is also time for us to Celebrate “Father’s Day”, so we would like to invite all our Dads and Grandpas to our “Father’s day Tea party” on Friday, June 15th.
Our theme for this month includes Farm, Summer, and Summer activities. We have planned many exciting activities for indoor and outdoor. Each room will be setting up” Farm Centre” in their playrooms. If you have any items at home that you would like to donate to this fun activity we will appreciate it.
Another fun activity that we will have for this month is “Beach Party”, where your child could bring his/her swimsuits, towel, etc. Through Summer theme activities children will become aware of Summer weather, activities, holidays and clothing.
Most children in 4’s/5’s classroom will be leaving us to attend Kindergarten this coming September 2018. We will be having a graduation party with parent lunch for them and taking them for a field trip to the Zoo. So please make sure your child wears proper shoes and weather appropriate clothing on the Field trip day. Children will have their lunch at the Zoo (It would be greatly appreciated If you have any adult and children Zoo passes, please bring them to the Centre by June 21st prior to Zoo trip). We will depart the Centre at 9:00 am and arrive at the Centre around 1:00 pm. We will need parent’s volunteers for our Zoo field trip.
