• What age groups are eligible to enroll?

    We provide care for infants 3 months up to children 5 years of age.

  • What is the withdrawal policy?

    Children’s Creative Learning Centre requires a one month’s written notice on the first working day of the month if you are choosing to withdraw your child from our program.

  • Do you provide receipts for payments?

    We provide monthly child care receipts upon payment for income tax purposes. Unfortunately we do not provide year-end receipts. If a replacement receipt is required, a $25 administration fee will be charged.

  • How do I make payments for my child?

    All fees are payable on the first day of each month, unless other arrangements have been made in advance with the director. The payments are to be paid by E-Transfer, cheques or cash. A $25-service fee is charged on NSF cheques. Fees will not be reduced for Absences or Family Vacations, nor Emergency Closures.

  • Is there a registration fee?

    CCLC charges a $150-registration fee. The registration fee is not a deposit fee charge, it is non-refundable should a family decide not to use our child care facilities.

  • How does your waiting list work?

    Our centre operates at capacity all year round and we also keep a waitlist on top of that. as well. Waitlist time can vary from 8 – 10 months depending on the time of year, child’s age or space availability. In order to be considered for enrolment, you should sign up to go on our waitlist as soon as possible. Parents will be contacted as soon as a spot becomes available in the appropriate program for your child.

  • Where are you located?

    We are conveniently located Downtown Calgary on the third floor of Northland Building on 7th Avenue between 8th and 9th Street (#300–910 7th Ave SW). Children’s Creative Learning Centre is easily accessible through the Plus 15 as well as Calgary Transit. If you are coming from the North East or South; get off the train at 7th Street SW Station. If you are coming from the North West; get off at 8th Street SW Station.

  • What are your hours of Operation?

    We are open Monday to Friday from 7:00am – 5:45pm. We are closed on all statutory holidays.
