Children’s Creative Learning Centre’s program fees are calculated on an annual basis. There will be no reduction in fees for absences, family vacations, holidays or closure dates.
All fees are payable on the first day of each month, unless other arrangements have been made in advance with the director. We request that families provide a six-month supply of post-dated cheques to ensure prompt payment of fees.
A $25 service fee will be charged on all NSF cheques.
Registration Fee
CCLC charges a $150 registration fee and half of the first month’s fees for each family upon enrolment. Please note, these fees are non-refundable.
Late Pick Up Fee
Parents who pick their children after 5:45 pm will be charged a $1 fee for each one minute interval—this fee is paid directly to the early childhood professional who remains with the child.
If a child is not picked up by 6:30 pm and their parents have not contacted our centre—Calgary Rockyview Child and Family Services will be notified.
Issuance of Receipts
Receipts are issued on a monthly basis and are only provided when payment has been received. Families that are no longer attending the centre will need to ensure they provide up to date information to CCLC in order to ensure their receipts can be sent to them. Anyone with an outstanding balance, will not be given a receipt. If a replacement receipt is required, a $25 administration fee will be charged.
