November 2019 Newsletter

Thank you so much for donating food items for the food bank during Thanksgiving week, your generous donations were really appreciated. All donated food items have been sent to the food bank. We would also like to thank all of those who took the time filling out our survey.

The themes for the month of November are Multiculturalism and Dinosaurs. We are looking forward to lots of fun activities according to our themes. We will set up a multicultural museum at the entrance area where you can explore various cultures and items in the museum. Multiculturalism is about sharing cultures, so everyone is welcome to bring in items, foods and join in any of the activities. The children will also have a multicultural fashion show in the gym.

We are also very excited to celebrate Diwali (East Indian festival) with Ms. Anu. Children engage and participate in Diwali activities.

Children are very curious and fond of learning about Dinosaurs. The Dinosaur theme will provide children the opportunity to expand their knowledge of Dinosaurs.

We will have a Remembrance Day assembly in the gym. Children will make poppies and sing the National anthem to pay their respect to the Veterans and soldiers. “Lest We Forget”!
