Thank you to all Mothers and Grandmothers who attended our Mother’s Day Tea Party. Your attendance and involvement made our event extra special. June is a time for us to Celebrate Father’s Day, so we would like to invite all our Fathers and Grandfathers to our Father’s Day Tea Party on Friday, June 14th.
Themes for this month include Farm and Summer. We have planned many exciting indoor and outdoor activities. Each room will be setting up a Farm Centre in their playrooms. If you have any items at home that you would like to donate for this fun activity, it would be greatly appreciated.
Through our many Summer theme activities, children will learn all about summer weather, activities, holidays and clothing. A fun activity to look forward to this month is our Beach Party. Children will be asked to bring his/her swimsuits, towel, etc.
Many of the children in 4’s/5’s classroom will be leaving us to attend Kindergarten this coming September 2019. We will have a graduation party and parent lunch, as well as a field trip to the Zoo. Please make sure your children wear proper shoes and weather appropriate clothing for the field trip. Children will be having their lunch at the Zoo. We will depart the Centre at 9:00 am and arrive back at the Centre around 1:00 pm. If you happen to have any adult and/or children Zoo passes, it would be greatly appreciated if you can bring them to the Centre prior to June 21st. Parent volunteers will be needed for this field trip. Please let us know if you would be able to help us out.
